The Brief
E.ON needed a partner to scale supply chain for new sensor products. They asked RPD to operate engineering validation, procurement, production, assembly and international logistics.
The Project
RPD allows E.ON Novo to scale new products quickly, across multiple markets. They are able to identify where the products are successful, before investing CAPEX in internal supply chains. RPD’s relationship focuses on product validation, launch and scale-up risk reduction.
The Product
RPD works across multiple connected home devices for E.ON Novo. Climair is a product for commercial environments, that controls air conditioning based on sensing people around a building.
